Give me a great beach, good book, cold drink and I’m there!
The extraordinary opportunity to live and grow up in England was the launching pad for my early travels throughout Europe and the British Isles. That gave me a great passion for travel and I continue to explore, although I have to admit that I left a piece of my heart in England!
Travel Experience: The cities of Europe and their many museums, art galleries, cathedrals and gardens. I most enjoy absorbing the culture and traditions of the beautiful places that I visit – that includes visiting the markets and buying a bouquet of flowers, stopping for a coffee or glass of wine in a neighborhood café, meeting the local people.
Favorite Destinations: The Eiffel Tower sparkle! The towns along Lake Como, Italy. Buckingham Palace art collection. Butchart Gardens, Victoria, British Columbia. Musée d’Orsay, Paris. The canals of Venice, Italy. Reading Terminal Market, Philadelphia.
